Refund policy

Because our consultations are personalized virtual services, the following policy applies:

Cancellations: You may cancel your consultation up to 5 days before your scheduled appointment for a full refund.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation at any time, provided the request is made at least 2 days before your scheduled appointment.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation, you will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule.
Completed Consultations: Once a consultation has been completed, it is non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the service.
